What is a Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO)?

A Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO) is an advisory firm or Managed Service Provider (MSP) registered with The Cyber AB that offers CMMC implementation consulting services. RPOs are recognized as trusted resources for organizations looking to prepare for a CMMC assessment, but they are not authorized to conduct official assessments.

RPOs must register and receive authorization from the Cyber AB, pass an organizational background check, employ at least one Registered Practitioner (RP), and adhere to The Cyber AB’s Code of Professional Conduct.
