Overview

Universal Print offers a modern print experience for organizations. It enables print administrators to register printers with Azure Active Directory and manage them through the Universal Print online portal and eliminates the need for on-premises print servers. Azure AD users on Windows 10/11 can easily connect and print to those printers. Universal Print in GCC/GCC High will offer full feature parity with what exists in the commercial cloud today to government customers. The $0 Windows OLS Activation is required as enabling this benefit is not automatic. Print licenses are enabled with the Windows Enterprise subscription. GCC eligibility

New GCC tenants require Microsoft Government validation before licenses can be provisioned. You will need to complete the Microsoft Government Community Cloud intake form to verify your organization's eligibility. Microsoft's validation team responds in 3–7 business days.
